Manning’s Steaks and Spirits was established on December 5, 2018, by Diane Manning and her son, Michael Manning. Diane began her career in hospitality at 15, working at a coffee shop in a Days Inn hotel.
By 23, she had advanced to regional manager overseeing four hotel locations. Recognizing her aptitude for the industry, her father, Tom, encouraged her to pursue entrepreneurship.
Manning’s Steaks and Spirits offers an exceptional bar program that elevates the art of mixology and beverage selection.
Renowned for its handcrafted cocktails, the program seamlessly blends innovation with timeless classics, reflecting the dedication of skilled mixologists who craft each drink with meticulous attention to detail.
In addition, Manning’s boasts an exquisite collection of the finest wines, whiskeys, and tequilas, curated to cater to the most discerning palates. With an exceptional array of choices, patrons are invited to indulge in a sensory journey that celebrates the epitome of taste and refinement.
